Complimentary paint colors also divided into secondary colors, which created from blending two primary colors together, and tertiary colors, which created by blending two or more than two secondary colors together. When you are planning to repaint your house, you may consider to use the complimentary paint colors of both hot and cold colors to keep the balance in your house. For example, you can choose red or yellow colors to warm the room, and use blue or green to cool down the tone.
